How You’ll Shape Our Story:
Core Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and test a wide range of electronic boards and components
- Develop and implement standardized repair and testing procedures
- Identify root causes of failures
- Ensure high-quality and efficient repair operations while maintaining traceability of the
repairs
Process Development & Optimization
- Collaborate with the Central Warehouse and Operations teams to define and document repair workflows
- Establish best practices and ensure consistency across all repair activities
- Continuously improve repair processes, tools, and quality standards
Technical Expertise
- Perform component-level diagnostics and rework using appropriate tools and instruments
- Support the development and validation of repair methods for new electronic boards
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of repair documentation and training material
This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:
- 5+ years of experience in electronics repair or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of circuit analysis, fault diagnostics, and component-level troubleshooting
- Experience in electronic board design is a strong plus, enabling deeper technical understanding and effective repair solutions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
- Technical background in electrical, electronic (degree or equivalent experience)
