How You’ll Shape Our Story:
As the right-hand person to the Head of Partnerships, you will hold a key role in the Sales team, a transversal and highly responsible position. You will get to discover the electric mobility ecosystem, which combines tech, infrastructure, and people. You will work directly with the Head of Partnerships France.
Your role will be dynamic and hybrid, spanning the Partnership Development, Strategic Account Management, and Partnership Success teams, with the following responsibilities:
Partnership Development
- Collect qualitative and quantitative data and analyze it to present projects to the investment committee
- Monitor commercial performance
- Manage signed contracts using our various tools (CRM, ERP)
- Assist in drafting commercial proposals and responses to RFPs
Strategic Account Management
- Analyze and formalize quarterly business reviews with our key accounts using our tool Metabase (similar to Power BI)
Partnership Success
- Ensure data quality in our CRM and internal files
- Manage relationships with existing partners
- Implement marketing actions with partners (promo codes, special operations)
- Communicate partners’ needs to dedicated Powerdot teams (maintenance, finance, legal, marketing)

- Graduate from a top engineering or business school, seeking a gap-year or final-year internship
- Bold and curious, eager to learn and willing to go beyond what is asked to deliver maximum value
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and autonomous in advancing projects and taking risks
- Enjoys prospecting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with them
- Strong organizational skills with a sense of priorities
- Rigorous and methodical, efficient, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, able to quickly find simple solutions to problems
- Creative, able to “think outside the box” to solve problems
- Responsible, a true owner of your tasks with pride in completing work well
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with clients and partners, and able to present ideas convincingly and constructively
- Fluent in English
- Passionate and enthusiastic about sustainable mobility, eager to conquer a growing market with a disruptive value proposition. Experience in electric mobility and/or retail is a plus. If not, we will help you get up to speed.
