How You’ll Shape Our Story:

The Data Analyst role will be part of the Central Data team at Powerdot and will play a key role in the current phase of accelerated growth of the company. Moreover, the Data Analyst will be responsible for developing insights, analysis and eye-candy visualizations that support business decision making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Gather and transform data from a variety of sources, including internal databases, external APIs, and surveys.
• Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Maintain and support a culture of strong data quality
• Stay up-to-date on the latest data analytics trends.
• Mentor co-workers on analytics best practices.

This Is About You, Not Us 🫵🏼:

• Up to 4 years of experience in data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SQL, Python and a data visualization tool such as Tableau, Metabase or Power B
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast moving environment
• Great communication skills
• Easiness navigating in ambiguity and complexity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
