What you’ll get to do
As our Global Content Developer (m/f/d), you’ll create high-impact content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth while ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and scalability. You’ll craft compelling assets that guide customers through the sales funnel, ensuring alignment with target audiences, buyer personas, and use cases. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure content accuracy, leverage audience insights, and optimise performance across channels. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Concept, produce, and optimise a comprehensive library of digital and physical content assets, ensuring scalability and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Deliver best-in-class marketing & sales content for target segments, ICPs, and buyer personas—enabling the organisation to attract, engage, win, and retain audiences.
- Create assets that support customer development across the sales funnel, including web content, digital ads, video, webinars, event collateral, and email campaigns.
- Ideate and develop content concepts that effectively guide customers through the entire buyer's journey, from awareness to consideration, conversion, and purchase.
- Identify thought-leadership communication themes, aligned to business objectives, and create assets to support awareness building through PR and social channels.
- Ensure all content aligns with global positioning, messaging frameworks, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing and wider business stakeholders to gather insights and improve content accuracy.
- Partner closely with product marketing to understand the product and use cases deeply, delivering accurate product-centric content.
- Work with the creative team on visual and video projects, providing briefs and project managing content development end-to-end.
- Use campaign and channel performance reports to recommend improvements to content assets to increase performance.
- Actively contribute to the global content planning process by providing valuable insights, creative ideas, and recommendations to shape future content initiatives and drive organisational growth.
WHO YOU ARE
- An experienced B2B SaaS content developer with a deep understanding of the B2B sales journey, audience motivations, and content strategies that drive conversions.
- A strong collaborator who works effectively with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, and creative.
- Skilled in project management, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery from ideation to execution.
- Data-driven, using performance insights to refine content and maximise engagement.
- Organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple content projects simultaneously.
- A proactive learner who stays up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging content trends.

The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is EUR 45,000. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance. Depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience your salary could be significantly higher.
