What you’ll get to do
You love turning complex topics into content that’s actually enjoyable to read? You’re comfortable writing for humans and algorithms — and know that good content does more than just fill a page? Then you might be the one we’re looking for.
As our Global Content Developer (m/f/d), you’ll shape our content across the funnel, spark engagement, and help us scale our brand voice globally. It’s a hands-on role with lots of ownership, impact, and collaboration — minus the corporate fluff.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Create standout content across web, email, ads, video, and events — content people actually want to engage with.
- Translate product features into relatable, benefit-driven messaging for different audiences.
- Own and grow our content asset library, making sure it scales with us (and stays organised, too).
- Collaborate with product marketing, creative, and other teams to bring ideas to life — we’re big on teamwork here.
- Support our thought leadership with content for social and PR that makes us stand out.
- Ensure everything aligns with brand voice, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
- Use performance data and feedback to continuously optimise what we create.
- Contribute to our global content strategy with fresh ideas, smart insights, and a touch of creative spark.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have several years of experience in B2B SaaS content creation and understand how to engage different audiences across the funnel.
- You write with clarity, purpose, and tone — making complex topics easy to grasp and enjoyable to read.
- You know how to tell a great story — and when it’s okay to keep it simple and get to the point.
- You enjoy collaborating with others and believe great content is a team sport.
- You manage projects with confidence, keeping deadlines, quality, and sanity in check.
- You use data to guide your decisions and are always curious about what could work better.
- You know how to balance quality with efficiency — delivering excellent work without overengineering it.
- You’re creative, organised, and know when a well-placed smile can make content (and teamwork) better.
- Room for personal and professional development
- Challenging and diversified line of action
- Working in a fast-growing company with international customers and investors
- Centrally located and attractive office in one of our locations worldwide
- Possibilities to work from home
- Performance-related career system
- Motivated and agile team with a common vision
- Additional benefits like team events, free drinks & snacks, …
