What you’ll get to do

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and deployment pipelines, that keep our applications scalable, reliable, and secure. You’ll work closely with development teams to automate infrastructure, improve CI/CD pipelines, and support scalable, high-performance applications.

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

  • Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, builds, and deployments
  • Deploy, maintain and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (Azure/GCP), ensuring performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Design and orchestrate containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Support Rails applications with a focus on deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure uptime and reliability
  • Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to improve system resilience
  • Collaborate on architecture design, enforce security best practices, and document DevOps processes for knowledge sharing

WHO YOU ARE

  • Several years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role
  • Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies
  • Hands-on experience with managing and orchestrating containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in AWS; Azure, GCP or AWS Cost Management knowledge is a plus
  • Strong scripting skills, ideally in Bash, Python or Ruby
  • Familiarity with web application architecture, including Rails applications and cloud-native patterns
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration

The annual gross salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 52,500- to € 66.500-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
