What you’ll get to do

At PlanRadar, we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner who’s passionate about finding and hiring exceptional GTM talent. If you're excited about driving recruitment in Sales, Customer Success and other GTM areas for a growing SaaS scale-up, this one’s for you!

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

  • Partner with GTM leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs
  • Develop smart, data-driven hiring strategies aligned with business goals
  • Proactively source and engage top active and passive talent
  • Work closely with HRBPs to align hiring with workforce planning
  • Mentor and train TA Specialists and help upskill the team
  • Drive process improvements, from metrics to tooling
  • Be a PlanRadar ambassador, promoting our EVP and culture at every touchpoint

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have proven experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, etc.)
  • You have a strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
  • You are familiar with SaaS and fast-paced, evolving TA environments
  • You are data-savvy: use metrics to steer decisions and improve results
  • You are a strong communicator with a collaborative, proactive attitude
  • You have excellent spoken and written business English skills.
