What you’ll get to do
We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Analyst who’s excited to be at the heart of business operations—connecting data, tools, and teams to power smarter decisions and faster growth. If you love turning complexity into clarity, enjoy building scalable processes, and want to work where your impact is visible every day, this one’s for you.
This is your chance to own your area, partner with amazing teams, and shape how we do marketing and sales in a fast-paced global SaaS environment. We’re looking for someone who not only builds great systems but knows how to read between the lines—interpreting data, connecting dots, and proactively turning insight into impact.
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Be the go-to expert for the Marketing, Sales & Business Development teams—solving system and process challenges and spotting opportunities to do things better.
- Transform data into strategic insights, connecting performance trends to business objectives and guiding future initiatives.
- Lead and mentor junior operations staff, ensuring efficient execution of operational tasks and fostering professional growth within the team.
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Zoho Analytics to monitor performance across the lead-to-close funnel, ensuring high data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Take ownership of interpreting funnel and campaign data—connecting performance trends to business context and turning insights into recommended actions.
- Utilize and manage marketing tech stack (HubSpot, CRM, Zapier/Zoho Flow, etc.) to automate workflows and ensure integrated data flows (e.g. lead and campaign data)
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve the Lead to Close process, optimize operational rhythms and help Marketing & SDR/BDR teams move faster
- Help us make sure key processes (like lead lifecycle, quota setting, and reporting cycles) run like clockwork
- Explore AI and automation tools to boost process efficiency and deliver scalable solutions
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5+ years of experience in Business Ops, Marketing/Sales Ops, or Analytics—ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.
- You’re a data whiz with serious Excel and SQL skills and a passion for making numbers meaningful.
- You have hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (like HubSpot), and BI platforms (Zoho Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
- You understand workflow logic and can translate processes into smart, scalable systems.
- You’ve explored AI tools, bots or automation workflows and are excited to apply that curiosity to real marketing and sales ops challenges.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate naturally across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT.
- You have strong project management skills and the ability to bring people along on the journey.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
