Optimove is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, consulting, and customer success. In this role, you will partner with clients, partners, and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with client ecosystems. You’ll serve as the go-to technical expert for our Customer Success organization, driving impactful outcomes and ensuring clients unlock the full potential of the Optimove platform.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to assess existing tech stacks and define integration strategies.
  • Design and implement tailored solutions leveraging Optimove’s suite of products, including data integration, real-time event streaming, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, Product, Operations, and Professional Services to shape and refine solutions.
  • Partner with Optimove’s ecosystem of partners to design and execute integrations benefiting multiple clients.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and proactively resolve technical challenges.
  • Translate client business needs into actionable technical solutions and lead client-facing technical discussions.
  • Identify risks and ensure smooth, reliable implementations.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation Engineering, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of API integrations, cloud platforms, and data pipelines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and HTML is a plus.

This will be a hybrid role, coming into the office 3x a week. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
