About the role

As a Onboarding Project Manager at Optimove, you will own and drive complex onboarding implementation projects end to end. You will work directly with clients, manage timelines and technical requirements, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure successful delivery from project inception through launch and handover, with a strong focus on time-to-value and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex onboarding implementation projects for enterprise and large customers across various verticals (gaming, eCommerce, Forex, and others)
  • Own all aspects of project delivery, from kick-off through completion and transition to Business as Usual
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and expectation management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive delivery of technical implementations, including data onboarding and integrations
  • Translate client goals and requirements into clear project plans, milestones, and priorities
  • Track and communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and trade-offs early, and proactively drive resolution
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects in parallel while maintaining quality and momentum


Requirements

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Strong ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and communicate clearly in both written and verbal form
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Technical orientation – ability to understand and discuss Optimove’s solution and customer requirements from both functional and technical perspectives (e.g., data flows, integrations, system behavior)
  • Strong presentation skills, including presenting to senior and executive audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc or BA), preferably in a technology-related field (CS, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment – advantage
  • Project Management certification – advantage
