About the Role:
We’re looking for a versatile and high-impact Business Operations Manager to join our fast-growing company and high-performing team of generalists. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex cross-functional challenges, and is motivated by building structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
In this role, you will work closely with leadership across GTM, Product, Finance, HR, Tech and Operations to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational performance, and increase organizational clarity. You’ll help define KPIs, streamline processes, and ensure the business runs efficiently as we scale.
Your impact won’t be limited to one function — you will operate as a force multiplier across the organization, identifying bottlenecks, structuring solutions, and driving execution.
This is an opportunity to work on high-visibility projects that directly influence company performance. You’ll be part of a collaborative, sharp, and hands-on team that values ownership, rigor, and speed.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational strategy & execution – lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation; translate company goals into structured action plans.
  • Business performance management – define, track, and analyze core KPIs; identify risks and opportunities and recommend data-driven actions.
  • Process optimization – design and implement scalable workflows across GTM, Product, Finance, and Operations.
  • Data & analytics – build dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and turn complex datasets into clear business insights.
  • Systems & tooling – evaluate, improve, and help implement operational systems (CRM, BI, planning tools, etc.).
  • Cross-functional alignment – improve handoffs, accountability, and communication across teams to increase execution speed and predictability.


What We’re Looking For:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Project Management or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Structured problem solver – able to break down ambiguous challenges into clear frameworks and action steps.
  • Business acumen – understands how different functions connect and impact company performance.
  • Process-oriented mindset – ability to build scalable, repeatable workflows.
  • Tech-comfortable – experience working with CRM systems, BI tools, or operational platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills – highly comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive and ownership driven – takes initiative and drives projects forward independently.
  • Strong communication skills – able to synthesize insights clearly for different stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Bonus: Experience in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company or a background in consulting is a strong plus.
