About the Role:

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to supercharge our sales team’s efficiency and impact. This role blends AI, outbound research, sales enablement, automation, and deal support—helping our team reach the right buyers with highly personalized outreach.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in outbound strategy, buyer intelligence, and sales enablement—skills that will prepare you for senior roles in demand generation, revenue strategy, or even sales leadership.

 

What You’ll Do:

1. Prospect Research & Sales Intelligence
  • Enrich attendee lists from industry events and sync them into HubSpot CRM.
  • Research key decision-makers and gather insights from LinkedIn, company websites, funding news, and social media.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to generate personalized outreach messaging for sales reps.
  • Prioritize outreach based on intent signals, past engagement, and firmographic data.
2. Outbound Sales & Personalization
  • Craft custom email sequences and LinkedIn messages for target accounts and event leads.
  • Manage LinkedIn automation tools (e.g., Linked Helper, OctopusCRM) to scale outreach while keeping it highly personalized.
  • Optimize outbound email and LinkedIn messaging strategies based on response rates and engagement metrics.
3. Sales Deal Support & Stakeholder Mapping
  • Identify key stakeholders within target companies and map organizational structures to help sales reps navigate deals.
  • Stay involved in live sales cycles, providing reps with tailored insights, account research, and strategic support.
  • Track deal progress and help sales teams multi-thread across buying committees.
4. Sales Enablement & Content Creation
  • Create custom sales presentations, one-pagers, and battlecards in Canva to support high-priority deals.
  • Adapt existing case studies and sales collateral to make them more relevant to specific accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the right materials at the right time in the deal cycle.
5. Forecasting & Pipeline Contribution
  • Join weekly sales forecasting calls to provide insights on outbound engagement and pipeline movement.
  • Track and report on outreach effectiveness, lead conversion rates, and deal acceleration strategies.
  • Identify areas where sales reps need additional enablement, research, or automation support.

What You Bring to the Team:

✅ 4+ years experience in Sales Development (SDR/BDR), Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
✅ Strong research skills—comfortable using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and company websites to gather insights.
✅ Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar), LinkedIn automation tools, and email sequencing software.
✅ Experience with AI-driven research and personalization tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, Regie.ai, Lavender).
✅ Ability to create quick-turn sales assets in Canva or PowerPoint.
✅ Strong writing skills—capable of crafting compelling, personalized sales emails.
✅ Data-driven mindset—comfortable analyzing outreach performance and optimizing messaging accordingly.
✅ Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving sales environment.

This will be a hybrid role, coming into the office 3x a week. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year, based on factors such as location, experience, skills, and qualifications.
