About the Role (Job Purpose)

Nscale is seeking a detail oriented treasury professional that will be focused on treasury reporting, covenant tracking, bank deliverables, and control execution. The person in this seat will help keep the treasury function accurate, audit-ready, and operationally disciplined while building broad exposure to debt, liquidity, and risk management.

 

 

What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)

What you will own

·         Support the company’s treasury risk and governance framework, including covenant monitoring, compliance certificates, bank reporting obligations, treasury policies, and related controls

·         Maintain covenant models, compliance calendars, certificate support files, and bank reporting packages

·         Support quarter-end and year-end treasury reporting, including debt, liquidity, and hedge related disclosures

·         Assist with treasury SOX controls, documentation, evidence gathering, and remediation tracking

·         Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and Internal Audit 

·         Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality across treasury reporting

What success looks like

·         No surprises on covenants, reporting deadlines, or control obligations

·         Reporting is accurate, timely, and audit-ready

·         Treasury calendars and obligations are well-managed

 

 

About You (Skills / Qualifications)

  • 5-10 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or a closely related

field

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with documentation heavy processes
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
