Principal Technical Program Manager – GPU Infrastructure
About the Role (Job Purpose)
The Principal TPM operates at the highest level of scope and ambiguity, owning mission-critical programs that define the future of GPU infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across the organization.
What You’ll be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Own strategy and execution of company-critical infrastructure programs
- Drive long-term roadmaps across power management, infrastructure services, fleet operations, and platform architecture
- Lead cross-company initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners
- Act as a force multiplier by bringing clarity, structure, and execution rigor to teams
- Resolve complex cross-functional challenges and unblock progress at scale
- Mentor TPMs and elevate program management standards across the organization
About You (Skills / Qualifications)
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership roles
- Deep experience in large-scale infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems
- Proven ability to lead highly complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes programs
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical and organizational direction
The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Salary Range
$250,000 - $320,000 USD
