Sponsorships Activation Manager

As our new Sponsorships Activation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of activating high-impact campaigns across our premium sponsorship portfolio—including Soudal Quick-Step, RSC Anderlecht, SV Zulte Waregem, and several exciting new additions coming soon. In this role, you'll translate strategic sponsorship rights into creative, high-visibility campaigns that boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and business performance. Think pre-match laser shows, celebrity tractor races, or anything else your imagination—and execution—can handle.
What you’ll be doing :
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing activations—across on-site, digital, and media channels—for all our sports and brand partnerships.
- Develop creative campaign concepts from brainstorming to rollout, balancing brand goals, partner objectives, and fan engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, digital, retail, and partner-side teams to bring ideas to life—on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Manage production and logistics, including on-site presence at key activations (some evenings and weekends required).
- Track campaign KPIs and provide clear post-activation reporting to evaluate ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Support business development by helping the Head of Partnerships identify and assess new sponsorship opportunities.
We are looking for someone who :
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Sport Management, Communications, or similar;
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship activation, or experiential/event marketing—ideally in a high-paced, agile environment;
- Speaks Dutch or French, with a strong command of English;
- Is a true sports fan, and ideally familiar with the sports betting and casino world;
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented—yet always aware of the bigger brand and business picture;
- Is a creative thinker, capable of bringing bold ideas to life while staying realistic with timelines and resources;
- Possesses excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Is a natural problem-solver and motivator; is comfortable working in ambiguous or fast-changing environments;
- Is willing and able to travel to event sites and work evenings/weekends when needed.

You will be working hybrid (50% in the office). Our headquarters are conveniently located in Aalst, between Brussels and Ghent.
