Bei MOIA ist das Sales-B2B Team in unser Marketing-Team integriert. Als Teil dieses Teams ist die Hauptaufgabe des Sales-B2B Teams bei MOIA, Geschäftskund*innen in Hamburg entlang ihrer Customer Journey zu betreuen. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf der Bereitstellung von Mobilitätslösungen für Großevents, der Vermarktung von MOIA-Fahrzeugen als Werbefläche sowie der Integration von MOIA als Job Benefit. 

Was du tun wirst

• In deiner Rolle trägst du maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftskundenbereichs von MOIA bei. Du stärkst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und stellst sicher, dass die individuellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden jederzeit erfüllt werden. 
• Du betreust eigenständig Kunden, die für Events eine MOIA-Flotte anmieten möchten – von der Angebotserstellung über die Abstimmung bis hin zur operativen Abwicklung. Dabei fungierst du als zentrale Ansprechperson und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. 
• Darüber hinaus unterstützt du verschiedene Projekte administrativ und organisatorisch und trägst so wesentlich zu deren erfolgreicher Umsetzung bei. Durch den regelmäßigen Austausch pflegst und entwickelst du bestehende Kundenbeziehungen kontinuierlich weiter. 
• Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt deiner Tätigkeit liegt in der Analyse von Vertriebsdaten, um Markt- und Kunden­trends zu identifizieren sowie konkrete Optimierungs­potenziale aufzuzeigen. 
• Zudem recherchierst du aktiv potenzielle Neukunden und identifizierst mögliche Partner – insbesondere im Bereich Außen- und Innenwerbung auf unseren Fahrzeugen.

Die Aufgaben und die detaillierten Projekte werden auf der Grundlage deiner Ausbildung, Interessen und Fähigkeiten festgelegt. 

Was dir hilft, deine Rolle zu erfüllen

• Eingeschrieben in einem relevanten Studiengang (z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing, Vertrieb) an einer anerkannten Hochschule für mindestens 12 Monate.  
• Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch. 
• Fähigkeit zur eigenverantwortlichen Arbeit und du kannst dich schnell in neue Aufgabenbereiche einarbeiten. 
• Interesse an Vertriebs- und B2B-Aktivitäten und du bist bereit, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzuentwickeln. 
• Grundlegendes Verständnis für die Produkte oder Dienstleistungen, die unser Unternehmen anbietet.
