Social Media Marketing Specialist

  • Develop and execute social media and community strategy aligned with company goals;
  • Create engaging content: write compelling captions and set tasks for the design team to create visuals that enhance posts;
  • Develop and execute social media activities launch: create mechanics, KPIs set up, manage execution, analysis;
  • Manage posting and scheduling: ensure consistent and timely posting of content across identified social media and community channels;
  • Analyze social media performance, and prepare reports, analytics, and recommendations;
  • Monitor social media channels: respond promptly and appropriately to audience comments, messages, and mentions;
  • Maintain community hygiene: address customer queries and concerns, report issues to the Customer Support department, and answer accordingly;
  • Be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends;
  • Monitor and analyze competitors' performance.
We need your professional experience:
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role with a strong portfolio of social media content;
  • Working knowledge of the iGaming industry, with a focus on gambling and betting;
  • Excellent writing skills and creativity for creating engaging content;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level;
  • Experience in setting up tasks for design teams and managing asset preparation;
  • Proven ability to monitor social media channels and maintain community hygiene;
  • Sports knowledge and interest;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and improve performance;
  • Hands on experience in content management;
  • Basic design skills (Figma), video editing skills;
  • Flexibility to manage social media accounts outside of working hours;
  • Experience with influencer marketing would be a plus.
