We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join us on a fixed‑term maternity cover contract as our Group Reporting Manager. This role offers exposure to an international, publicly listed technology business and is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience in industry within a supportive and high‑performing finance team.

We would ideally like this person to start in March as we would like the person to go through the year end process with the current job holder. The role will initially be based in Hammersmith, but we are moving to the Waterloo area in May. 

Reporting to the SVP Finance, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of our Group Reporting and FP&A activities during the maternity leave period. The focus of this role is continuity, high‑quality delivery, and supporting ongoing processes.

During the contract period, you will support and deliver:

  • Monthly group consolidation
  • Quarterly reporting to the stock market
  • Analysis of monthly financial results and preparation of insights for senior stakeholders
  • Ownership of global group budgeting and forecasting process
  • Ownership of intercompany transfer pricing transactions, alongside our Head of Tax
  • Maintenance of Group accounting policies and processes
  • Focal point for technical accounting/new IFRS interpretation and implementation
  • Ownership over local compliance, including coordination of financial statements preparation
  • Management of the year-end audit and tax processes, including coordination with external auditors, managing deliverables, and responding to queries
  • Assistance with ongoing Group projects as needed
  • Line management of Group Management Accountant

What will you need to succeed?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is educated to degree level
  • Is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Has 5+ years experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
  • Has excellent knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • Has experience in working with Sage, or a similar accounting software
