- Drive org design discussions to ensure structures, roles, and processes support scalability, agility, and future growth.
- Partner with leaders to identify skills, capabilities, and team dynamics needed for success.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Manage a complex stakeholder landscape with confidence, clarity, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
- Build strong partnerships across the business and within the People team to ensure alignment and consistent delivery.
Performance, Growth & Reward
- Lead key People cycles including performance calibration, promotions, succession, and compensation reviews.
- Ensure fairness, robustness, and alignment with organisational values and business goals.
Culture, Engagement & Team Health
- Analyse engagement insights and partner with leaders to implement meaningful, data‑driven action plans.
- Strengthen feedback culture, collaboration, inclusion, and team belonging.
Policy, Compliance & People Risk
- Navigate and advise on employee relations topics with strong expertise in Swedish employment law.
- Ensure People practices are compliant, consistent, and in alignment with local regulations.
- Experience with other European jurisdictions is a strong plus.
People Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with the wider People team to evolve our tools, processes, and frameworks.
- Contribute to building a modern, scalable, and user‑centric People function.
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner / Senior People Partner, ideally supporting tech or engineering leaders.
- Proven track record in leading change initiatives and driving organisational design.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust at senior levels.
- Deep knowledge of Swedish employment law; additional country experience is a bonus.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on operational execution.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision‑making skills.
