Partner Success Manager
The Team:
The Partner Manager is part of the Partner Success Department, whose main responsibilities are to make sure that Kambi’s partners are getting an excellent service and support our partner’ growth in a consultative manner.
This is an opportunity to join a market leader in the sports betting industry within the commercial function. The successful individual will benefit from extensive training, exposure to global businesses and a clear career path. This role is external facing and you will also get exposure to many areas of Partner Management in Kambi from product, stakeholder management and other areas of the business.
Role Overview:
The Partner Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Kambi’s Operator partners, driving strategic alignment and delivering on partner objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the partner’s business, the ability to liaise effectively across internal teams, and the capability to influence and manage senior-level stakeholder relationships. The Partner Manager plays a critical role in commercial discussions, contract interpretation, and renewals, ensuring both partner satisfaction and Kambi’s long-term business goals are met.
As a Partner Manager, your Key Responsibilities will be:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Kambi and operator partners, building and maintaining strong relationships across all levels, including C-suite executives.
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, strategy, and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities for Kambi to support and enhance their operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Trading, Commercial, Ops etc.) to deliver solutions tailored to partner needs, including new tools, features, or operational support.
- Drive commercial discussions, including contract interpretation, renewals, and identifying opportunities to expand Kambi’s footprint within the partner’s business.
- Monitor partner performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations, leveraging financial and operational data.
- Represent Kambi externally at strategic meetings, events, and regular business reviews.
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them optimize their sportsbook offerings and maximize revenue potential.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts internally to ensure timely delivery of partner commitments and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven experience managing high-value B2B relationships, preferably within the gaming, sports betting, or SaaS industries.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in contract interpretation, renewals, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate partner objectives into actionable plans across multiple internal teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using operational or financial reports to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to navigate complex organizational structures to deliver results.
