About Tzeract

Tzeract is changing the way we bet on sports. As Kambi’s in-house startup, we've built a completely new platform from the ground up - with our own AI at the core, not just as an add-on. Today we already handle over 500 millions bets in distributed systems with a low latency, and your work will be scaled globally from day one.

We iterate quickly, decide fast, and your calendar stays free for the work that matters. This gives you time for coffee breaks, test ideas and solve problems together. In this role, you’ll help shape both the product and parts of the architecture. It’s the combination of startup freedom with an enterprise touch - and your contributions will be visible and felt by millions of users worldwide.

What's our current focus? Well, exploring new sports markets. For you as a developer, that means diving into the rules of the game and turning them into code - building the odds infrastructure, creating models that run in real time. It's a fun and collaborative playground with a clear goal: creating the next generation of how sports, data, and AI come together - built from scratch, with impact at its core.

Role Overview

This is not your usual software engineering role. At Tzeract, you'll be the bridge between software engineers and quant engineers - ensuring the models we build are optimized and able to be deployed to our cloud infrastructure. It's therefore a strong merit to find mathematical challenges exciting, since it will play a part of your daily work.

You'll collaborate in small teams of engineers (+20 people) with expertise in quantitative analysis, data, and AI. Together, you’ll develop systems that analyze real-time data, delivering personalized experiences to sports fans everywhere.

Tzeract is a fast-paced startup, where scope or roadmap can shift to align with future goals. If this excites you, along with a hybrid work setup and a central office location, we’d love to get to know you better.
