Kambi’s Engineering Operations consists of more than 60 people working to ensure Kambi’s business can deliver twenty-four seven, all year round. 

The Client Infrastructure Operations team operates within Engineering Operations. We are a dedicated group of 12 IT professionals, and we are currently searching for a passionate and professional individual to join the team. 

The team

The Client Infrastructure Operations team is an integral part of Kambi’s Engineering Department, the team is responsible for all client operations at Kambi which includes a hybrid Office 365 environment, a variety of Microsoft on-premise servers and client computers. We work in a mixed environment with Windows, MAC and Linux computers. The team currently consists of 12 members split between the Stockholm, Manila, Malta, Bucharest, Philadelphia and London offices. 

Our goal is to provide first class support and systems to our end users to ensure that user experience is as intuitive, secure, smooth and as user friendly as possible. We ensure that new functionality is rolled out and implemented with speed and precision and provide user training sessions and documentation.  

The role 

You will be based in Philadelphia and work as part of the Engineering Operations department. Primarily your daily work will be to support local users and ensure our systems are fully functioning. Remotely collaborating with the team on issues, providing support to other offices and remote users will also be part of your daily work tasks. For candidates with the right experience and skills, opportunities exist to manage infrastructure projects. 

As part of the Client Infrastructure Operations team, you will be required to create and maintain internal documentation including end user procedures and how to guides.

You should have experience in the following: 

  • Windows 11 operating system 
  • MacOS 
  • Remote IT troubleshooting 
  • 1st and 2nd line support 
  • Hardware troubleshooting and repair 

You may also have knowledge about: 

  • Unifi networking infrastructure experience would be highly beneficial
  • Windows Server 
  • SCCM deployments 
  • PowerShell scripting 
  • Administering O365, Intune, Azure environments 
  • Network technology and design
