We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join and/or lead part of the Kambi Risk team based in the Bucharest Office. The level of the role offered will be dependent on the skillset/experience of the candidate

The Risk team are responsible for optimizing revenue both at a network level and on a client by client basis. We have a data driven approach to decision making with a strong strategic focus on automation.

This position would be ideally to suited to a Sportsbook professional, with an operational background within the Risk or Trading functions.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Expand and enhance automated profiling strategy.
  • Direct responsibility for core areas of the Risk product.
  • Improving the accuracy and efficiency of both manual and automated player profiling decisions.
  • Designing, generating and analyzing reports to monitor, predict and evaluate player behavior.
  • Design and enhance profiling metrics.
  • Communicating performance with individual clients providing revenue driving actions and strategic direction where applicable.
  • Coaching and training individuals within the Risk Team
  • Provide operational leadership and assume responsibility for the smooth running of the day-to-day Risk Operations
  • Ensure optimal application of resource for the Risk Core Functions of Stake Acceptance, Player Management, Partner Performance and Risk Quality Assurance.
  • Manage the performance of the Risk team, working alongside other Risk Location Managers
  • Assist with Recruitment, On-Boarding, Training and Development of U.K Risk Personnel.
  • Engage with team members to understand needs and challenges, fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Requirements – Must have:

  • Strong data management, analytical and reporting skills.
  • Flexible working hours’ approach (some evenings and weekends).
  • Motivation to learn new skills and improve personal performance.
  • Delegate effectively, fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and development.
  • Effective communicator, able to conduct difficult conversations and consistently provide constructive feedback.
