Regional Marketing Manager - Argentina

As we expand our global presence, we're seeking a talented Regional Marketing Manager to drive our vision, amplify our brand, and lead transformative marketing initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Country Directors and Global HQ to translate global commercial targets into high-impact local marketing initiatives tailored to the Argentinian market.
  • Lead and orchestrate a dedicated local marketing squad (KOL/Influencer, Community, PR & Events, and SEO/Content), ensuring all channels work in synergy to deliver cohesive 360-degree campaigns.
  • Drive user acquisition and deposit growth by executing hyper-localized campaigns designed to increase First-Time Deposits, Active Traders, and Net Deposits across Argentina.
  • Architect and refine comprehensive briefs for campaigns, influencer collaborations, and local events, ensuring strong top-of-funnel acquisition, brand visibility, and community engagement.
  • Oversee and optimize regional marketing spend, allocating budget across the most effective channels while ensuring strong ROI and efficient Cost Per Acquisition.
  • Actively engage with the global Marketing Team to provide market insights, solve business challenges, and ensure that global initiatives are effectively localized for the Argentinian market.
  • Initiate and interpret market research and competitive analysis within Argentina region, translating insights into high-impact campaign strategies.
  • Scale high-value acquisition channels such as KOL/Influencer partnerships, local PR initiatives, offline trading events, and community-driven marketing.
  • Diligently monitor and report on key performance indicators including FTDs, Active Traders, Net Deposits, CPA, and campaign ROI, extracting actionable insights to continuously optimize performance.
  • Play a key role in post-campaign evaluations, analyzing traffic quality, user cohorts, and long-term value (LTV) to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with the compliance team to develop compliant marketing initiatives while maintaining strong campaign performance.
  • Act as the primary marketing bridge between the Argentinian market and Global HQ, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing, compliance, and product teams.
  • Develop and synchronize quarterly and annual marketing roadmaps in coordination with global marketing planning teams, ensuring alignment with the broader commercial strategy.
  • Continuously monitor local market trends, macroeconomic shifts, and emerging acquisition opportunities to identify new growth levers in Argentina’s rapidly evolving crypto and trading landscape.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience developing and executing go-to-market and growth strategies tailored to Argentina and/or LATAM markets.
  • Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional marketing teams or local marketing squads (e.g., KOL/Influencer, PR, Community, Content, or Social Media specialists).
  • Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and community-driven marketing strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and user acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer and KOL marketing, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships with local influencers, financial bloggers, and trading communities.
  • Experience planning and executing PR initiatives, local events, and community-building activities that drive both brand visibility and user acquisition.
  • Proficiency in web and mobile analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar platforms) with the ability to interpret campaign performance, traffic quality, and user cohorts.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor and optimize key growth metrics including Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), First-Time Deposits (FTDs), and long-term user value (LTV).
  • Experience managing monthly marketing budgets ranging from $50,000 to $100,000+, ensuring cost-effective allocation across multiple acquisition channels.
  • Strong understanding of the Argentinian digital ecosystem, including local communities, influencers, and media channels relevant to crypto, trading, or fintech audiences.
  • Native Spanish with strong understanding of Argentinian cultural nuances, and fluent English for day-to-day communication with global teams.
