Business Development Manager
Due to the active growth and expansion of our presence in international markets, we are seeking a Regional Business Development Manager who will become a key player in scaling the business and developing new directions.
You will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives, building partnerships, coordinating teams across different regions, and implementing a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Partner Relationship Managers team, ensuring growth and retention targets are achieved while maintaining high client and partner satisfaction
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, provide coaching and feedback, and support the continuous development of team members
- Develop and execute country-specific marketing and business development strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage the department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control
- Support senior management in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Lead departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation point when needed
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Prepare regular reports on performance, challenges, and business opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager with a strong track record in scaling businesses
- Experience in building and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Successful execution of business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Ability to collaborate across teams and drive regional or multi-departmental cooperation
- Strong knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data, and generate reports for decision-making
- Strong market awareness, with the ability to track competitor activities and industry trends
- Knowledge of Ukrainian/Russian and English language is required
- Being located in South Africa or willing to work from this region
