Regional Marketing Manager - Thai Speaker

As Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead a dedicated local team, craft campaigns that truly resonate with Thai clients, and have the autonomy to make real decisions in a market where your work will have immediate, visible impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional market growth by adapting the global marketing strategy to local market specifics and trends, informed by continuous monitoring of the competitive landscape, and cultural shifts
  • Directly manage, mentor, and synchronize a local team (KOL, SMM/Community, PR/Events, Сontent specialists), setting the direction, removing blockers, and creating an efficient environment 
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans for locally relevant strategies for Thailand and its client community
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, allocating spend across channels based on performance data, and continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and results
  • Use analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, understand user behaviour, and guide your team's priorities
  • Serve as the key connection point between your local team and Global HQ - sharing market insights and coordinating on global campaigns

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of 3 or more specialists (e.g., KOL, Content, PR, or SMM/Community) in fintech, crypto, retail trading, or a comparable fast-moving industry
  • Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Thailand
  • Strong understanding of marketing 360, including brand building, KOL/Influence marketing, PR, community growth, performance marketing, and SMM
  • Proven experience directly allocating and optimizing monthly regional marketing budgets ranging from $50,000, skilled at driving down CPA and maximizing ROI
  • Solid hands-on experience with any of the following analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Tableau, PowerBI with the ability to interpret cohort data, traffic quality, and LTV trends
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or Confluence) to keep teams aligned and campaigns on track
  • Native Thai and fluent in business English for daily communication with the cross-regional teams

Will be a plus

  • Strong background in sourcing, auditing, and closing complex deals with Thai influencers, financial bloggers, media contacts and local partners
  • Hands-on proficiency with mobile attribution platforms – AppsFlyer or Adjust, including conversion tracking, traffic quality analysis, and fraud detection
  • Knowledge of financial advertising compliance in Thailand
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools to support content and campaign production
