Job Objective
As CMO, you will drive customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth while optimizing marketing efficiency and supporting our journey to profitability.
What you will be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and acquire and retain customers across all channels.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and priorities.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, making recommendations for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
- Serve as the brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
