Given the immense impact of this role within Jonsson Workwear’s broader community, we’re searching for an authentic, energetic and dependable Induction Leader to seamlessly integrate into our team. Your mission: to be at the forefront of igniting and enriching our team’s connection to our greater purpose. We’re looking for someone whose genuine enthusiasm for our business will spark the same in others, ultimately powering our vision.

Through a comprehensive understanding of our business and immersive storytelling, you will ensure that everyone is aligned with our purpose from the start of their journey with Jonsson Workwear.

As our Induction Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and facilitating all onboarding initiatives that welcome and immerse new team members in our business.
  • Hosting immersive tours of Jonsson Workwear facilities, demonstrating how each contributes to the bigger picture of our business.
  • Collaborating with the broader Talent team to support recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting purpose-driven individuals.
  • Traveling regularly across southern Africa to our various Jonsson Workwear locations, with our Durban-based HQ as your primary base.
  • Developing and implementing business development resources and team-building tools designed to inspire, empower and unite our teams.
