As Factory Leader based at our world class manufacturing facility in Eswatini, you will be responsible for strategic leadership, ensuring our manufacturing facility operates at peak efficiency while maintaining uncompromising quality. You will empower teams, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and align production capabilities with business objectives.
Collaboration will be key—you will engage with cross-functional leaders to ensure operational alignment, resource optimisation, and seamless execution of production strategies. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation, efficiency, and performance to meet evolving market demands.

As the Factory Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and inspire factory teams to achieve peak efficiency and deliver on-time, high-quality production.
- Leverage data-driven insights to proactively address challenges and optimize manufacturing performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align production strategies with business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Champion excellence, maintaining uncompromising quality standards across all factory operations.
- Drive continuous development, fostering a learning culture and upskilling teams to enhance expertise.
- Ensure operational readiness, overseeing factory infrastructure and production capabilities.
- Cultivate a safe and efficient work environment, embedding best practices in safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical expertise in garment construction and line balancing, with a preferred background in work-study methodologies.
- Extensive leadership experience in clothing manufacturing, driving operational excellence.
- Proven track record in Total Quality Management (TQM) within the apparel industry.
- Results-oriented and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset focused on root cause analysis.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex challenges in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Ability to lead collaborative task teams, identifying, developing, and implementing sustainable solutions.
