QA Leader

To uphold these standards, we seek a meticulous and detail-driven Factory QA Leader to join our Lesotho (Maputsoe) team. This role is critical in overseeing quality control processes, conducting garment inspections, and driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

As an ambassador of quality assurance, you will bring your expertise to maintain rigorous standards across multiple production facilities. When needed, your role will go beyond inspections. As a versatile team member, your ability to lead, problem-solve, and collaborate will be key.

The versatile and quality-focused individual best suited to this role at Jonsson Workwear Lesotho (Maputsoe) will require these skills:

• Extensive experience in the clothing or textiles sector.
• Expertise in coordinating tech-packs and seal samples before production begins.
• Strong ability to monitor Quality Teams, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and measurement accuracy.
• Leadership in conducting inspections for new product launches while maintaining quality benchmarks.
• Proven experience in reviewing and approving reports across all production stages for accuracy and consistency.
• High attention to detail in classifying rejects, tracking defects, and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent communication skills to provide suppliers with clear, data-driven insights.
• A proactive approach to leading daily quality meetings and driving KPI improvements.
• Advanced computer literacy in MS Office, including strong spreadsheet skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with a structured and systematic approach to work.
