Garment Technologist

As a key technical expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping garment innovation and optimizing production methodologies. Leveraging your deep understanding of fabric behaviour, garment construction, and pattern technology, you will provide strategic guidance to enhance efficiency and maintain uncompromising quality.

Beyond technical excellence, you will champion a customer centric mindset, collaborating with teams to refine designs, optimize materials, and uphold our unwavering dedication to quality. Every garment produced must deliver an outstanding experience, ensuring our customers feel the difference in every wear.

As a Garment Technologist you will be required to:

• Lead the Garment Technology team to construct and size pre-production garments with precision.
• Leverage expertise in fabric behaviour to refine designs for seamless large-scale production.
• Ensure superior craftsmanship, delivering impeccably sewn garments that meet exact specifications and uncompromising quality standards.
• Drive rigorous quality assurance, conducting thorough evaluations of materials and final products to maintain excellence.
• Overseeing machine setup and swiftly addressing operational challenges.
• Equipping sewing machine operators with the skills needed for efficiency and precision.
