To keep delivering the kind of standout prints our customers love, we need a dedicated, detail-obsessed Printing Supervisor to lead our printing team at our Customisation site in Kempton Park.

In this dynamic role, you’ll ensure every print is crafted to exceed customer expectations—transforming ideas into flawless reality with efficiency, accuracy, and a customer-first approach. You’ll collaborate closely with production teams to bring designs to life, managing workflows to guarantee timely, top-tier results. By balancing quality, efficiency, and creativity, you’ll help ensure our prints are always a cut above the rest.

• A deep understanding of digital printing technologies, including Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and Digital Transfer Printing (DTF) systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and schedule printing projects for various systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and guide the team, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimise workflow and reduce lead times.
• Monitor production volumes, setting clear objectives for each shift.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), keeping quality at the forefront.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks, ensuring every print meets high standards.
• Maintain printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance through proactive maintenance.
• Stay ahead of industry advancements, exploring new technologies to enhance our printing capabilities.
