Printing Leader

To maintain our standards of expertly executed prints, we’re seeking an experienced and quality-focused Printing Leader to join our team at our new manufacturing facilities in Eswatini. As a screen-printing specialist with experience in heat transfer printing, you’ll oversee the full printing process and develop solutions for bulk production.

From planning through to final proofs, you’ll work closely with the Product Development team to uphold our high production standards. Additionally, your experience in running and scheduling garment printing operations will directly contribute to our smooth and well-coordinated workflow.

As a visual perfectionist in constant pursuit of excellence, you’ll transform design concepts into flawless prints that take each garment to the next level. With your expertise, collaborative approach and genuine passion for garment printing, you’ll consistently deliver brilliant results that meet our customers’ exact specifications and exceed their expectations.

The experienced and solution-oriented Printing Leader best suited to this role will be required to:

• Bring in-depth knowledge across a wide range of garment printing processes with a proven ability to develop print solutions that meet production demands.
• Oversee all aspects of print production, using your in-depth understanding of equipment setup, calibration and maintenance to maximise performance and minimise downtime.
• Bring the technical and practical expertise needed to understand our customers’ specific garment printing needs and the unique requirements of each project.
• Apply your expertise and proactive problem-solving skills to ensure equipment is properly prepared and optimised for each production run.
• Lead, guide and upskill a high-performance printing team, ensuring they’re technically equipped to improve productivity, boost quality and reduce lead times.
• Work closely with the Product team, bringing clear communication and strong interpersonal skills to turn creative concepts into production-ready prints.
• Demonstrate the exceptional attention to detail that consistently delivers high-calibre results across a variety of garment printing methods.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct thorough checks throughout the printing process to maintain our consistently superior standards.
