As a Campus Trainer in JOE & THE JUICE, you assist the Campus Leader in developing and educating the company's Prospect Juicers based on the internal training modules (E-CAMPUS). The Campus Trainer supports the delivery of engaging training to a diverse workforce with different learning needs, helping to ensure consistency and quality across the training process. The Campus Trainer plays a key supporting role in building a solid and motivated workforce. Working closely under the direction of the Campus Leader, the Campus Trainer helps teach and educate new Juicers in line with the guidelines and standards set by the Campus Leader and Training Manager. The Campus Trainer is expected to observe and relay training insights to the Campus Leader to support continuous improvement of internal training quality and brand standards. Fundamental performance is measured upon the ability to support the development of top-performing Juicers.
EXPECTATIONS
Training Delivery
- Training Delivery Assisting the Campus Leader in planning, preparing, and delivering training activities to new employees.
- Teaching based on internal training modules (E-CAMPUS & Attensi) as directed.
- Providing day-to-day guidance and support to new Juicers during their onboarding and training period.
- Encouraging and monitoring the progress of new employees throughout the training process. Supporting the hosting of educational sessions when required.
- Acting as a brand ambassador in the training environment.
Performance & Development
- Observing and evaluating the performance and development of trainees and reporting findings to the Campus Leader.
- Providing appropriate and timely feedback to new employees.
- Supporting the Campus Leader in ensuring training is conducted to required standards E-CAMPUS and validation goals.
- Attending structured feedback meetings set by the Campus Leader / Training Manager.
Compliance & Standards
- Following up on health compliance to local and company standards at all times.
- Ensuring Attensi is being played at the times set by the Campus Leader in the Playbook.
- Ensuring Food Protection Course and Anti-Harassment Course are signed up for and completed within the timeframe set by the Campus Leader / Training Manager.
Reporting & Communication
- Gathering training observations and communicating any inefficiencies or concerns to the Campus Leader.
- Supporting the Campus Leader in reporting insights and optics continuously to the Training Manager.
- Issuing trainee scorecards to Operations, providing a clear performance summary to support placement and development decisions
Requirements
- Proven track record of high performance in current role
- Strong leadership mindset and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have six months of management experience
- Only open to current US Joe employees
- Demonstrated ability to train and develop juicing team members
- Market Manager/ District Manager Recommendation & Approval Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
