Training & Talent Development Manager Nordic

Copenhagen

This is your next move. You're already part of JOE. You know the culture, the pace, and what it takes.

Now here's a chance to grow into something new. We always look inside first. If you've got the attitude, the hunger, and the drive; this could be yours.

Read the role below, and if it feels right, go for it.

We are looking for a Training & Talent Development Manager for the Nordic region. The position will be part of our Central Operations team in Nordic, and will report directly into the Head of Central Operations Nordic, Mark Lorentzen. The Central Operations team acts as the operational backbone of the region driving consistency, sharps clarity, and equip our markets with the frameworks they need so they can stay fully focused on what matters most: our stores.

The Training & Talent Development Manager is responsible for developing all levels of our Moneyball through training processes and frameworks that support our store teams to perform at their best every day.

You will be working closely with the local Operational leaders to understand what each market needs, build training that fits the reality in the stores, and make sure nothing gets lost between global direction and day-to-day execution. This role connects global ambition with local execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Training strategy: Build and continuously sharpen a training strategy for Nordic Operation that stays locked in with company direction, and actually evolves with the team’s needs.
  • Departmental oversight: Make sure training programs across all departments are sharp, relevant, and hitting the mark. Stay close to department heads and spot gaps before they become problems.
  • Training content: Work with our global training team to build content that is fresh and engaging, and keep us on the cutting edge of how we develop people.
  • Performance & feedback: Track what is working and fix what is not. Use real data and honest feedback to keep the standard high and the improvement constant.
  • Budget management: Own the Nordic training budget. Spend it smart, stretch it far, and make every investment count.
  • Team leadership: Inspire trainers and specialists across the region. Build a team that genuinely loves developing people and leads by example every single day.
  • Compliance & quality: Keep everything up to standard - legally, operationally, and qualitatively. Work with the Compliance team to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Reporting: Keep the business informed. Deliver clear, honest updates on what is happening in training and where we are headed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Operational background (required): You have experience from in-store operations at management level. You know what a shift actually looks like, and what makes a team sink or swim.
  • Performance mindset: You understand how training connects directly to results on the floor. You think in outcomes, not just outputs.
  • People first: You have led or developed people and bring others along with you.
  • Multi-market awareness: Experience working across more than one market is a plus. You are comfortable with ambiguity and know that one size rarely fits all.
  • Structure & clarity: You can take something complex and make it simple. Whether it is a framework, a process, or a piece of content - you make it easy to follow and hard to get wrong.

We know you. And you know that you don't need a perfect CV. You need the right mindset. If this role excites you, apply.

Talk to your manager, ask questions, and put yourself forward.

Growth at JOE isn't something that happens to you, it's something you strive for, it's something you go after.

This is how careers here are built. One bold move at a time.
