Job Summary  

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our newest market... Orlando, Florida  

This milestone represents growth, opportunity, and leadership — and we are inviting our highest-performing team members to play a key role in bringing this market to life. Orlando marks our first U.S. market expansion in six years. 

As part of our global expansion, we are offering an exceptional opportunity for talented individuals to work in Orlando, Florida for two months. This project provides a chance to become an integral part of the new market opening and early-stage operational growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are eager to experience a new cultural and professional challenge. 

We are seeking a dynamic team of leaders with fundamental brand understanding to lead by example when it comes to J&TJ SOP's and E-campus knowledge.

Timeline: 

  • Applications must be received by March 31, 2026 
  • Slated Project Dates- June 14th - August 15th 

Job Summary  

  • Support the successful launch and operational setup of the Orlando market 
  • Drive sales performance and exceed established targets 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships 
  • Execute and train teams on company processes, standards, and best practices 
  • Provide market feedback and strategic insights to leadership 
  • Represent the company’s culture and values at the highest level 

Qualifications 

  • Proven track record of high performance in current role 
  • Strong leadership mindset and self-motivation 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Six months of SSV experience 
  • Only open to current US Joe employees  
  • Demonstrated ability to train and develop juicing team members 
  • Market Manager/ District Manager Recommendation & Approval 
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week), including open, close, and weekend coverage
