Working Student (f/m/d) - Customer Experience Management

The Customer Experience team analyzes customer satisfaction and experiences worldwide across the entire IONOS customer base. Based on these insights, we collaborate with departments across the company to develop projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction, making a significant contribution to the company’s success.

After your onboarding, you will support our Customer Experience Managers in the detailed evaluation of customer feedback, in conducting Customer Journey Mappings, and in the implementation of resulting improvement measures. This role offers you the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting projects.

Tasks

• You analyze customer experiences and satisfaction metrics.
• You support the team in conducting comprehensive Customer Journey analyses, focusing on the pain points of our more than 3 million IONOS customers.
• By performing internal test purchases, you help map out the touchpoints within the Customer Journey and derive optimization measures.
• You assist in conducting competitive analyses of our international competitors.
• You contribute to projects within our team and take on your own tasks independently after the onboarding phase.

Qualifications

You are studying business administration, economics, (business) informatics, humanities/social sciences, (business) psychology or a comparable course of study.

• You have an analytical mindset and basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• You have already gained some experience in project management.
• You have a very good command of German and English as well as excellent communication skills.
• You work reliably, carefully, independently and goal-oriented.
• You like to take responsibility and show initiative.
• You have the ability to work efficiently and pay attention to a high quality of work.
• In addition, you are a team player and bring very good interpersonal skills.
