- Contribute to the technical preparation and rollout of new system features.
- Handle daily support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and support the stability of the WPS ecosystem.
- Gain hands-on experience maintaining systems in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you:
- Have a basic understanding of IT systems and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Are able to clearly document processes in a structured and understandable way.
- Demonstrate curiosity and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and explore how systems work.
- Show a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to continuously develop your skills.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
What you’ll get in return?
- An opportunity to learn from a diverse group of people who excel at what they do.
- A paid internship from June to August.
- A personal mentor — an experienced professional you can always reach out to.
- Opportunities to expand your professional network and take part in events for our interns.
