Experienced Recruiter

We are seeking an Experienced Recruiter to join our team and help scale IMC’s talent acquisition efforts across Europe. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and securing exceptional talent in trading and quantitative research—disciplines that are critical to our continued success.  As a strategic partner to the business, you will collaborate closely with leadership and global recruitment teams to craft and execute scalable, forward-thinking hiring strategies that align with our long-term vision—ensuring we consistently attract and secure top talent in the industry.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment process for trading and quantitative research positions in Europe  
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices to inform hiring decisions
  • Leverage a deep understanding of IMC’s culture, goals, and industry to develop creative and effective sourcing strategies that reach passive and active candidates in competitive markets
  • Maintain and grow a strong industry network to proactively identify and attract top-tier candidates from niche fields
  • Evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural alignment to ensure their skills, experience, and values meet the needs of the hiring team
  • Create a personalized and engaging experience that highlights IMC’s unique strengths
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and the quality of hire
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, celebrating successes, addressing challenges, and offering data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies

Your Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of securing top-tier trading and quantitative research talent across Europe  
  • A track record of success in securing top talent, including candidates with multiple offers
  • Ability to engage candidates, collaborate effectively with hiring managers, and influence decisions
  • Skilled at using metrics to evaluate performance and guide recruitment strategies
  • Flexible and able to pivot priorities as needs evolve
  • Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
