Gymshark’s North American team is ready for a Commercial Finance Manager to join, in this newly created hybrid role, to establish and build relationships with key commercial departments and provide data-driven guidance and business advice backed by financial analysis in aspects of pricing strategies, resource allocation and business performance maximization.

What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent)
- 5+ years Finance Experience working in the omnichannel Retail or FMCG industry with focus on online (e-commerce) as well as brick-and-mortar business
- Minimum 2+ years business partnering experience with non-Finance partners and leadership
- Established interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop productive relationships
- Ability to present information succinctly and respond to questions from senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience in challenging business partners and driving commercial change
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt and change in fast-paced environments whilst managing multiple tasks
- Talented at gathering data from multiple sources and organizing it to develop demand-driven and action-based reporting and analysis
Preferred Skills:
- Financial qualification (CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Comfortable with ambiguity, identifying and communicating risks and opportunities
- Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data and develop creative and innovative solutions within an entrepreneurial environment
Salary
The hiring range is between $130,000 -$150,000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
