OVERVIEW:

Gymshark is looking for a Junior Producer to help shape our future by turning creative ideas into reality. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign production, from concept to final delivery including eCom, studio campaigns and design-led, multi-stakeholder projects that demand excellent coordination, communication and attention to detail

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Responsible for: 

  • Manage eCom and Studio campaigns from end to end, ensuring smooth delivery from creative ideation through to final execution. 
  • Support the delivery of eCom, design-led, multi-stakeholder campaigns balancing creative vision with timelines, logistics, and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Work collaboratively to produce photo and video shoots both in studio and on location, achieving stakeholder KPIs including budget targets and project timelines. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, helping to source and book shoot locations, travel logistics, talent, and suppliers. 
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for all campaigns, including organising meetings, tracking actions, and supporting team members with day-to-day production needs. 
  • Maintain regular communication across departments to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the production process. 
  • Track campaign budgets in collaboration with team members, ensuring costs are managed accurately and reported clearly. 
  • Compile monthly data and reporting to Senior Integrated Producer on performance, spend and workflow efficiencies. 
  • Assist team on larger-scale projects, while growing your skills and confidence to take ownership of your own.
  • Stay curious and continually seek new ways to enhance production output and team efficiency. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

ssential Skills & experience:  

  • Strong understanding of production with a portfolio that includes knowledge of photo and/or video shoots/workflows. 
  • Experience working across the full production lifecycle and with design-led, cross-functional campaigns. 
  • Excellent communication skills, clear, concise, and confident across all mediums and with all levels of stakeholders. 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities. 
  • Proven ability to support complex projects with administrative, logistical, and operational coordination. 
  • Comfortable tracking budgets, managing spreadsheets, and reporting on performance. 
  • A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. 
  • Ability to transform creative concepts into real-world executions, with a passion for bringing ideas to life. 

 

This role would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
