Analyst - Marketing Insights (12m FTC)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Deliver data-driven insights to optimise business performance across multiple teams.

  • Integrate diverse data sources to solve strategic challenges.

  • Enhance forecasting models and support key KPI tracking.

  • Build intuitive dashboards and BI visualisations to democratise data access.

  • Collaborate with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to embed insights into core processes.

  • Manage ad hoc analysis requests and prioritise high-impact projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for extracting actionable insights.

  • Expertise in statistical modelling, regression analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience in apparel, eCommerce, or physical retail sectors.

  • Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with tools like Looker and GA4.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to make complex data easy to understand.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage projects effectively.

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
