Retail HR Advisor - 12 month FTC

Join us as a Retail HR Advisor – 12 months FTC in our London People team at a time of significant and exciting growth. In this role you will need to be comfortable with decision making and supporting the HR Manager to develop and align the Retail HR Plans and help drive performance.

 

This is an amazing opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and who enjoys building trusted partnerships with Line Managers and becoming an extension to their function.  This role will have a strong weighting towards ER case management.

  • The Hybrid working pattern features a minimum of 3 days a week at our central London office, and one day spent in our London stores.

 

And heres what we are looking for from you: 

  • HR experience within an advisory or specialist role in a fast-paced retail business
  • Extensive experience managing end to end ER casework 
  • Able to work autonomously, in a risk-taking, fast paced environment  
  • Agile to change and pragmatic 
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders  
  • Knowledge and awareness of UK employment legislation, best practices and external trends
  • Tech savvy and an awareness of current technologies
  • Excellent judgement and analytical skills
