Social media manager

Oversee and manage assigned social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, etc);

Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow engagement and reach;

Collaborate with internal creative & design teams to create posts aligned with the content calendar;

Write creative and engaging captions, ensuring consistency in brand tone;
-
Engage with followers to build a loyal online community;

Plane and execute unique campaigns tailored to each platform, including giveaways, promo code activations, ambassador collaborations and others;
-
Analyze campaign performance and propose improvements based on results;

Use analytics tools, monitor platform performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc);

Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization;

Review competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in strategy and content ideas;

Cooperate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels.
We need your professional experience:

Proven experience (3+ years) in managing social media platforms;

Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content;

Proficiency in social media analytics tools;

Understanding of platform algorithms and trends, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
