Project Manager

Essential professional experience:

In-depth understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches to project/team needs;

Proficient in Jira and Confluence, including workflow setup, dashboards, reporting systems, and automation;
-
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, etc.);
-
Experience with budgeting, cost control, and optimization;
-
Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels (developers to C-level);
-
Expertise in working with metrics and data, using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);

Strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher);

Basic understanding of SDLC and task planning for development and testing phases.
