L2 Service Desk Engineer

  • Perform various system administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems;

  • Communicate effectively with clients, receive tickets, respond to them promptly, and solve technical problems;

  • Ensure a high level of support and customer satisfaction through diligent and effective service.

We need your professional experience:
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of IT experience;

  • Proven experience in supporting end-user devices within an enterprise desktop environment;

  • Proficiency in Windows 10-11 administration, with knowledge of MacOS and Linux being desirable;

  • Understanding of endpoint security, including patch management, antivirus, and encryption;

  • Basic experience with end-user infrastructure systems such as Active Directory, SCCM, and VPN

  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
