Junior CRM Manager

  • Participate in monthly and weekly promotion planning;

  • Setup and manage promotional campaigns and communications to increase engagement and conversion;

  • Order content and designs for promotions (collaboration with content and design teams);

  • Track key performance metrics of campaigns (e.g., conversions, ROI, CTR, user activity);

  • Research competitors' activities and market trends to improve own campaigns.

We need your professional experience:
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email service providers, and automation tools;

  • Ability to work with analytical tools to monitor and assess campaign performance;

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methods and experience in campaign optimization;

  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments;

  • Experience in gambling, sports betting is a plus;

  • English level - Upper-Intermediate.
