Junior CRM Manager
Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

Participate in monthly and weekly promotion planning;

Setup and manage promotional campaigns and communications to increase engagement and conversion;

Order content and designs for promotions (collaboration with content and design teams);
-
Track key performance metrics of campaigns (e.g., conversions, ROI, CTR, user activity);
-
Research competitors' activities and market trends to improve own campaigns.
We need your professional experience:
-
Experience with CRM platforms, email service providers, and automation tools;
-
Ability to work with analytical tools to monitor and assess campaign performance;
-
Knowledge of A/B testing methods and experience in campaign optimization;
-
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different departments;
-
Experience in gambling, sports betting is a plus;
-
English level - Upper-Intermediate.
