Middle Sales Development Representative for Demand Generation Team

Why this role exists
This role exists to generate and qualify sales opportunities for the Demand Generation Team, making sure high-quality leads are passed to Sales leadership for further conversion.
What you’ll drive
Lead qualification and handoff
- Collecting and qualifying inbound requests.
- Handing off SQL/SQO opportunities to Sales Director/AE with clear notes.
Prospect discovery and engagement
- Identifying prospects’ needs, pain points, and key use cases.
- Supporting outreach campaigns by following sequences and templates.
CRM and reporting
- Documenting all lead-generation activities in the CRM.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM.
Event support

Assisting with event preparation and coordinating meetings with target accounts.
What makes you a GR8 fit
Must-have
- 2-3 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or other client-facing role; experience in iGaming, entertainment, or related SaaS sectors is a strong advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written business English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- CRM proficiency, particularly with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho (practical experience with pipeline management, task creation, dashboards, and reporting).
- Demonstrated outbound sales experience, including prospect list building, sequencing, A/B testing, cold emailing/calling, and LinkedIn-based social selling.
- Comfortable using contact-discovery and sales-automation tools.
- Curious, coachable, and highly organized, with strong resilience under pressure and a results-driven mindset.

- Experience with event preparation and booking meetings.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools.
