Why this role exists

This role exists to generate and qualify sales opportunities for the Demand Generation Team, making sure high-quality leads are passed to Sales leadership for further conversion.

What you’ll drive

Lead qualification and handoff

  • Collecting and qualifying inbound requests.
  • Handing off SQL/SQO opportunities to Sales Director/AE with clear notes.

Prospect discovery and engagement

  • Identifying prospects’ needs, pain points, and key use cases.
  • Supporting outreach campaigns by following sequences and templates.

CRM and reporting

  • Documenting all lead-generation activities in the CRM.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM.

Event support

  • Assisting with event preparation and coordinating meetings with target accounts.

What makes you a GR8 fit

Must-have

  • 2-3 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or other client-facing role; experience in iGaming, entertainment, or related SaaS sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written business English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • CRM proficiency, particularly with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho (practical experience with pipeline management, task creation, dashboards, and reporting).
  • Demonstrated outbound sales experience, including prospect list building, sequencing, A/B testing, cold emailing/calling, and LinkedIn-based social selling.
  • Comfortable using contact-discovery and sales-automation tools.
  • Curious, coachable, and highly organized, with strong resilience under pressure and a results-driven mindset.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with event preparation and booking meetings.
  • Familiarity with sales automation tools.
