Why this role exists:

This role exists to drive GR8 Tech’s sales performance in the iGaming space, building and leading a high-performing sales organization, securing strategic client relationships, and executing business growth objectives.

What you’ll drive:

Sales strategy and execution

  • Contributing to the design and execution of sales strategy to achieve targets.
  • Defining and implementing sales processes, including opportunity management, lead generation, and account management.
  • Driving the execution of sales policies and setting up tools to enable target delivery.

Team and organization leadership

  • Building and leading a capable sales organization.
  • Driving product knowledge, sales skills training, and certification initiatives.
  • Ensuring effective internal communication and collaboration across stakeholders.

Client and deal management

  • Acting as executive sponsor for top deals and overseeing key client relationships.
  • Personally driving strategic, high-value deals.
  • Reviewing sales performance and providing regular reporting and analytics.

Contribution to leadership

  • Contributing to the GR8 Tech management team on all sales-related matters.

What makes you a GR8 fit:

Must-have

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and executive roles within gambling, IT, telco, finance, or business services.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High autonomy and ability to make decisions in complex, fast-changing environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of technological and market trends, particularly in iGaming.

Nice-to-have

  • Strong planning, organizational, and result-oriented approach.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking to identify opportunities and improve processes.
  • High emotional intelligence with focus on coaching and staff development.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on short notice.
