What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps balancing customer needs, business goals, and feasibility;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution;
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture;
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends;
  • Overseeing the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch;
  • Ensuring timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious product delivery;
  • Gathering and leveraging customer feedback to drive continuous improvement;
  • Identifying and mitigating risks across the product lifecycle;
  • Defining KPIs and using data analytics to measure and improve product performance;
  • Communicating product strategies, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders;
  • Aligning with other departments to support product initiatives;
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

  • 2+ years of experience in product roles;
  • Strong skills in customer research, pain point discovery, and solution validation;
  • Experience in product discovery, planning, and writing specifications;
  • Solid understanding of business metrics and ability to build business cases;
  • Familiarity with software architecture principles and collaboration with tech teams;
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork;
  • Confident use of JIRA, Confluence, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma);
  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to product decisions;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills;
  • Strategic mindset with adaptability and decision-making under uncertainty.
