Why this role exists:
This role exists to make integrations smooth, predictable, and scalable — by turning complex business needs into clear specs that engineering can ship with confidence. You’ll help us build payment integrations that work under real-world constraints: multiple providers, APIs, data flows, compliance, and high expectations.
What you’ll work on:
You’ll join the Payment Integrations team and own analysis across integrations: requirements → workflows → specs → delivery support → KPI tracking → continuous improvement.
What you’ll drive:
Requirements & clarity
- Elicit, analyze, and document business needs and translate them into actionable specifications.
- Create functional + non-functional requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes (when needed).
- Maintain core documentation (Vision & Scope, BRDs/SRS, manuals, maintenance guides).
Integrations & data
- Map complex data structures and APIs to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Define and visualize workflows using BPMN/UML to support process improvements.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams — align on priorities, scope, and trade-offs.
Delivery support & performance
- Structure backlog items, clarify dependencies, and keep work “ready to build”.
- Monitor integration KPIs, spot risks early, and propose optimization strategies.
- Gather feedback (internal + customer) and turn it into improvement loops.
Market & product thinking
- Conduct market/competitor analysis and identify opportunities and trends (payments move fast — we stay sharper).
- Support decision-making with logic, data, and impact.
What makes you a GR8 fit:
Must-have
- 2+ years as Business Analyst / System Analyst.
- Experience in Payments / Fintech + strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data mapping.
- Strong SDLC + Agile understanding; comfortable working with engineering/QA/design.
- Proficiency with BPMN/UML (and you know when to use which).
- Great communication and influence without authority.
- Confidence with Jira/Confluence + diagramming tools (Miro/Lucidchart/Visio/Figma).
Nice-to-have
- Experience with product strategy/roadmap thinking.
- Ability to define and track KPIs, iterate based on outcomes.
- Understanding of monetization, customer journeys, and product-market fit.
Why you’ll love working here:
Benefits Cafeteria — annual budget you allocate to:

Work-life & support
- Paid maternity/paternity leave + monthly childcare allowance.
- 20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off.
- Remote-first + tech support + coworking compensation.
