KEY RESPONSABILITIES

The ideal candidate will be supporting Getnet Global Strategy and Corporate Development Team. This team focus on supporting the CEO in the strategy definition and implementation as well as analyzing potential inorganic movements of the company.
Knowledge of the payments/ fintech ecosystem, strong analytical, synthesis, big picture and presentation skills 

1.  Market and Industry Research: Conduct research to identify strategic opportunities within the payments ecosystem to cover Getnet gaps and opportunities
2. Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of business cases, presentations, and reports for executive decision-making 
3. Competitive Analysis and industry research: Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions 
4. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and integration planning 
5. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Support M&A transactions from sourcing to integration, including due diligence and coordination. It also includes developing financial models to evaluate potential deals and assess their impact 

 

KEY REQUIRIMENTS

  • 4-10 years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, venture capital, venture builder, consulting, corporate development or investment banking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, STEM, etc.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus. O365
  • Payments Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of the payments industry and its dynamics.
  • Financial Acumen: modeling and analyzing financial statements. Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct detailed market and industry research.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presentation.
